Tibetan Bowls Restorative Sound Relaxation Private Concert with Teressa Blackwell

Sunday, March 1, 2015

4:00-5:30pm

This will be an amazing and powerful experience like no other, designed especially for us by Tibetan and sound bowls master Teressa Blackwell, and presented as a private concert event.

The song of the Tibetan bowls promotes amazingly deep relaxation, reduces stress and pain, and spawns self-awareness and creativity. The vibration of the crystal and TIbetan bowls center you out of the chaos of the mind, connecting deeply with the body. The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, they resonate vibrationally through the body.

Sound is now being used in medical research in universities all over the world. Vibrational tools such as the crystal and Tibetan bowls bridge high-technology and mysticism. Sound and tone are used to balance and harmonize the physical body, mind and spirit. After a session with these tools you may awaken creativity, have the awareness of expanded consciousness, notice a deepening of your relationships and even sleep more soundly.

For more information on Teressa Blackwell and reviews on her concerts, you can check out Teressa's website here: Teressa Blackwell

LOCAL OUTINGS

"Zoe's guided snowshoe hikes are phenomenal. She takes us to the stunning, seemingly untouched locations, and her knowledge of the outdoors seems endless. We get an excellent workout, which she tailors to her specific group's needs, a lot of educational information, and a fantastic lunch. As a guide, she is kind, attentive, and interesting. My only desire on these hikes would be to see more of them! This is a great way to enjoy the winter (which is a season I previously despised)!"
